Hypocrisy at a new level - By Sonia Ahmed

Hypocrites and hypocrisy had infiltrated our community since the late 1970's and has entered our blood stream. Most of us who were born in the 80's and late 70's are now a living example of hypocrisy. The funny thing is that the ones who were born after us in the 1990's are even worst. I speak to many people on a daily basis, as there is not even one day that goes by without a minimum of 20-50 people speaking with me. Now out of these you meet the craziest of all, and the ones who drink, smoke, and do the rest which I won't mention, are the ones who are on the top to respect the religion, without knowing that they disrespect it by doing what they do the whole year. I cringe every time I speak to a so called, "respecter of the religion." If there was a law that you would be pardoned for knocking them out by using any method available, then they would have been knocked by me. Hypocrisy has no place in this world. It is because of the hypocrites, there are problems in this world. The same people who do everything else, will be the first ones to say no to others and stop them from doing things that they enjoy.
This one word, "Haraam," has been stamped on the many, who are stopped by this word, by the same hypocrites who do what they stop. I come from a Catholic School, and there were Bible Studies that we had to study and during those classes, one thing fascinated me and that was when people tried to throw stones at a sinner. At that time Jesus Christ said, that only those who have never sinned may do so, and thats when the hands dropped as they all knew that they were sinners. Judge Not Lest Ye Be Judged! Let He Who is Without Sin Cast the First Stone! The Noble Quran says: Allah shall pay them (the hypocrites) back their mockery, and he leaves them alone in their inordinacy, blindly wandering on.
So the conclusion is that why can't these hypocrites follow this, as only those who have not sinned may have the right to stop people or project their image other wise. A person who parties all night long, and drinks and sell's alcohol, including having women exposing etc., has no right to act otherwise. But people think that out of the 12 months, they are allowed to party and do anything for 11 months but for one holy month they will become true Muslims. I don't know why they think, that life can be divided into Personal Life and Religious Life. Life is life, which is just one life given by God. I spoke to a known person, and he said, that what he does in his personal life (drink, gamble, and womanize) is different than what he does during Ramadan! :P How can it be different? When these hypocrites die and face the day of judgement, then will God be judging them on their personal life or religious lives? Will there be a different sentence given to the personal life, or will He see that the religious life is good for that one month every year, so the jury will pardon the personal life. Hmmmm....... Then I should do the same, keep a business life, a personal life and a religious life. Because actually God gave us three- four different lives and methods to run our lives.
Wow, hypocrisy has reached a brand new level. SO yes party, have women expose, drink, and do all the other things, but hey wash your sins during the Holy month and become brand new after that and then gloat about it. Wow, man! I am expecting Heaven to be a cool place, not have bearded scary looking men walking around!!!! If Heaven is where you will be and if at all Allah or God allows you in, then I rather be in Hell!
